December 2011 Lowest $ Manhattan Beach Home Sale

1761 5th Street was the least expensive single family home to sell in Manhattan Beach during December.

This single-level, starter home was built in 1956 on a 4,956-square-foot, corner lot. It has been well maintained, including updates to the kitchen and baths.

The Mira Costa Section home was listed at $795,000 and sold over asking price for $805,000 after just 35 days on the market. It was a standard sale (not a distress sale), so it can be used as a valid “comp” for future sales.
